Packery Channel 10/6/2009

Today the entrance to Packery is breaking heavily. The wind at the time the photos were taken was 170 at 17 gusting to 23 knots. Note: The outer bar on the south side of the pass is about at the end of the south jetty and is feeding sand right into the mouth of the channel.
